GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to his commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a company with business capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the performance of his commercial or independent professional activity.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The purchase contract is concluded with Sanctic.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can first put our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting a binding order using the correction aids listed and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the cart by clicking on the Order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
DELIVERY TERMS
In addition to the listed product prices, delivery costs may also be charged. More details about possible delivery costs can be found in the offers.
We deliver exclusively by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods in person.
PAYMENT
Prepayment
If you choose prepayment as your payment method, we will send you the bank details in a separate email and ship the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out via PayPal immediately after placing your order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly with Klarna. Further information is available for each payment option and during the ordering process.
Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
Installment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum rate is 6.95 euros.
Klarna direct debit
You authorize Klarna for SEPA direct debit. Klarna will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (so-called pre-notification). The account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched.
Klarna credit card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Klarna will debit your card immediately after you place your order. There is no address or credit check.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
WARRANTY
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, statutory liability for defects applies.
The following limitations and reductions in time limits do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

* within the scope of a warranty promise, if agreed

LIMITATIONS
When purchasing used goods by consumers, the following applies: if a defect occurs after one year from the delivery of the goods, complaints about the defect are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from the delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from the delivery of the goods.
LIABILITY
We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
* in the event of injury to life, body or health,
* in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
* in the event of a promise of a guarantee, if agreed, or
* to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which primarily enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner can regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to minor negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the amount of damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must generally be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found here [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in the dispute resolution procedure before consumer arbitration.
